Southern Peach Cobbler— The Black Way 🥧

This is one of the easiest peach cobbler recipes to make. If you are looking for a delicious dessert for your family or get together, give this a try. Follow this easy peach cobbler recipe below and enjoy! • Use a 7x11 or 9x9 pan (metal preferred but glass ok.) • Ingredients: • 1 stick of butter or 1/2 cup • 1 cup of flour • 1 cup of sugar • 1 cup of milk • 2 tsp Baking Powder • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla • 1/2 Tsp of Ground Cinnamon • 1 15-21oz can of peach pie filling - Can also use apple or any other flavor. • Directions • 1. Preheat oven to 350 • 2. As Oven is preheating add 1 stick of butter to pan and put in oven to just melt the butter. Pull out just when butter has melted. • 3. While oven is preheating Mix flour, sugar, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder in a mixing bowl. • 4. When butter is melted pull pan from oven. Let cool for a few minutes. • 5. Pour batter mixture over the butter - DO NOT MIX IN - Just let batter settle, you can shake a bit if settling doesn't occur but do not mix. • 6. Open can of peach pie filling and drop by spoonful over the batter. DO NOT MIX it should stay on top. • 7. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and batter hardened. • 8. You want a golden brown in the middle and edges will be a little more brown but not burned. • 9. Cut and serve.
