This Manhattan riff is a spicy little red wine treat. I wanted to make a cocktail with Dubonnet and boy am I happy with the results! This aromatized wine is what you'll find in The Queen's drink but when you're watching The Crown on Netflix, Queen Elizabeth is enjoying her Dubonnet with gin and lemon. Here we have a 2:1 ratio of Rye Whiskey to Dubonnet just like a classic Manhattan would be. • Recipe: • 2 ounces Redemption Rye • 1 ounce Dubonnet Rouge • 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters (or Bitter Truth Creole if you have them) • 1 dash Orange Bitters • Stir and Strain - serve up or on the rocks, it's up to you! • Squeeze and discard orange peel • Garnish with a Cherry • Cheers! • #Cocktails #redemptionrye
