Diagnosis NOx system and NOx sensor replacement and coding • #NoxSensor #CatalyticConverter #30EA #2C32 #BMWE91 #BMWN43 • BMW E91 2008 Touring engine N43B20A • Random misfires with stady speed? • Fault code 2C32: Lambda probe in front of catalytic converter 2, trimming control • Fault code P2098: Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 2 • Hunting the cause of the error code! • Situation: Spark plugs, Ignition coils, Injectors are ok and no any leaks in exhaust or intake system. • How to Diagnose BMW MSD80 DME with INPA and ISTA-D software • Diagnosis of NOx system; NOx sensor and NOx catalytic converter • Lambda value drops in Bank 2 and cause DME to trim lambda sensors • Virtual probe situation with faulty NOx sensor • Fault code from after-cat control probe in Bank 2! • These vehicles DO NOT have a control probe in Bank 2! • Updating DME software will not help in this situation. • The NOx system is located in the middle stages of the exhaust system • Replacement and coding of NOx sensor with ISTA-D • Maintain your own NOx system, it is very important for the operation of your car! • Does replacing the NOx sensor solve the misfire problem?
