I was the bartender during the holidays and this is one of the drinks I made. It was a hit. If you’ve never had a kiwi margarita then you should definitely try it. • Makes about 4 servings • 2 ripe kiwis • 1/3 cup tequila • 1/3 cup orange liqueur • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice • 4 oz simple syrup • Salt and sugar for the rim of the glass • Peel and blend the kiwis to make a puree. Combine everything in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass with ice and the salt and sugar rim.
