Is to turn the water supply off to your toilet. Turn the supply valve clockwise. Flush your toilet to rid excess water in your toilet tank. Sponge out the remaining water left in the toilet tank. Next, place a bucket or pale under the toilet tank as shown here to catch the excess water from the supply line and toilet tank. Unscrew the coupling nut at the base of the fill valve or ballcock. Pull up on the valve and lift out of the toilet tank. Take your new Korky Quiet FILL and place the valve into the toilet tank and hand tighten the coupling nut. To adjust the height simply turn the top portion of the fill valve counter clockwise to unlock, pull up on the valve to set the proper height to the waterline stamped on the tank and then turn the valve clockwise until it snaps into the locked position. Install the tamper proof key supplied with the valve as shown here. Insert the metal clip on the one end of the refill tube then attach the opposite end to the fill valve. Next, reattach the water supply line. Finally, turn on the water supply line by turning the valve counterclockwise until it is fully open.
