If you have never done yoga asanas before, I will suggest taking help of a teacher. • Eka Pada Pavanamuktasana Dwi Pada Pavanamuktasana • Along with helping in constipation, this asana helps get rid of foul gas, disorders of uterus, intestinal worms, appendix, piles and blood impurities. Great for the digestive and reproductive system. Also improves working of lungs. It is great if you want to remove unwanted fat around the abdomen. • Dhanurasana • As this asana gives a good massage to the abdomen it can also help with prolonged/chronic constipation and other stomach disorders. It can help with spinal hump, rheumatism of legs/knees/hands. It activates the intestines and increases the digestive power. Also helps in reducing fat from the body. Improves respiration. It can rejuvenate the spine. Prevents degeneration of bones. Activates pancreas and regulates insulin production. It is good to do some back bending stretches as a warm before attempting this asana. • Malasana • Apart from helping with constipation, Malasana improves balance, concentration, and focus. It can also increase circulation and blood flow in the pelvis, which can help regulate sexual energy.
