You can make tacos, put it on a plate or do what ever you want with it and it is amazing. Putting this recipe in the instant pot is just so easy, you don’t have to worry about long cook times. You can have this flavor packed dish done in just a couple of hours. • Barbacoa de res recipe: • 2 – 3 lbs of beef roast • 4 guajillo chili pods • 4 garlic cloves • 1 bay leaf • 2 roma tomatoes • 1/4 onion • 2 tsp oregano • 1/2 tsp cumin • 1 tsp thyme • 1 lime • Season salt to taste • Start off by boiling the guajillo chili pods to soften them. Add all the salsa ingredients into a blender along with a little water from the boiled chilies. Puree the ingredients, if you need more liquids add as you need. • Place your beef and salsa in the instant pot.
