Smokers, Grills Gear - https://irixguy.com/grilling • This is how to smoke St. Louis style ribs on the Brinkmann electric smoker. I smoked them yesterday and they were incredible! From start to finish, the most process took approximately 6 hours. I monitored the temperature inside of the smoker with the iGrill and it ranged from around 225-240 degrees (the temperature went up a little as I added additional wood). These were without a doubt the best ribs that I've ever eaten and I've been smoking ribs on charcoal and hickory smokers for my entire life! I love the Brinkmann electric smoker and highly recommend it! • This is the Brinkmann electric smoker. It is one of the best and most affordable electric smokers on the market. It is great because it doesn't require gas or charcoal and uses electricity as the heat source. It is less expensive to operate because of this and maintains a consistent smoking temperature. Wood and fluids can be added inside to give smoked meats and incredible flavor! I highly recommend the Brinkmann electric smoker!
