Ringworm is treated with antifungal medications, available over the counter. You can try clotrimazole, miconazole, or terbinafine as a first-line therapy. Apply the cream 3x per day for 2-3 weeks; you should see some improvement in the first few days but it can take 2-3 weeks for it to go away completely. #ringworm #itchyrash #eczema
