Antimicrobial Resistance or AMR is a global threat. An estimated 700,000 people die from resistant infections every year. Antimicrobial Resistance is, perhaps, an ultimate example of the importance of the One Health concept: the idea that human health, animal health and environmental health are intimately linked. • We need to use antimicrobials responsibly in all sectors to keep them working.
