Today I'll show you how to throw a strike! • Now I'll show you a few more tips on how to get a Strike and for those who are already throwing Strikes from time to time as you can constantly throw a Strike. • Number 1 - The attitude • Why posture? So that we can throw a Strike with the bowling ball in hand, we must be able to shoot.
