Lettuce Wraps Itaki Pro Electric Lunch Box Recipe

Making lettuce wraps in the itaki is simple and easy. The only problem we had to solve was the meat juices that was not able to evaporate as opposed to cooking it on the stove top. Since the lettuce wrap needs to be a dry dish, we add glass noodles to absorb all the juices. Not only does the glass noodles provide us with a dry filling for the wrap, the flavors absorbed by the noodles makes it super delicious. Just remember there is no need to add water to the noodles for it to cook. Water chestnut is a must in my opinion as it gives it the crunch and a hint of sweetness. You can use canned or fresh water chestnuts. Do give this a try and enjoy! • • Get your itaki at: https://www.itakico.com/coolcucumbercook • • Ingredient: • 1 bundle - glass noodles (re-hydrated) • 30g - shiitake mushroom • 150g - ground beef • 1 Tbsp - sesame oil • 1 Tbsp - soy sauce • 1 Tbsp - dark soy sauce • 2 Tbsp - oyster sauce • 1/8 tsp - garlic powder • 1/8 tsp - onion powder • 1/8 tsp - ground ginger • 60g - water chestnut • 30g - peas • 5 - lettuce leaves • • Available on Amazon: • Trivet Silicon Mat - https://amzn.to/3m3T06e • Mini Oven Mitts - https://amzn.to/3ypVXTj • Sesame Oil - https://amzn.to/3DPGWLN • • Music: Carefree Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) • Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 4.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b... • Music promoted on https://www.chosic.com • • DISCLAIMER: Links included in this description might be affiliate links.
