How to set up 2 monitors and a laptop. • • We decided to shoot some videos of how to properly adjust your monitors. We have been getting a lot of people who not only have two monitors but also have a laptop • Everyday someone walks into our clinic with neck pain, we demonstrate good postures ( your best posture is your next posture), and discuss ergonomics. They feel great after they leave, they feel good when they do their exercises but after a couple of days at work their discomfort starts to come back. • One hour sessions are great, we get a lot done but if you're staring a screen, or two, or three, for 40 hours a week we can only do so much in the clinic. • In case you cant play it with the sound on.
