Railway crossing near Seoul station

This railroad crossing is located in northern part of Seoul station. It is named Seosomun Crossing. Many trains are passing through: • 0:24 : KTX (TGV-K) / It is S.Korea's first high-speed train introduced in 2004. There are 20 cars on one KTX. The maximum speed is 300 km/h. • 1:08 : Mugunghwa Train / It is the most common train in S.Korea. Trains stop at almost every stations. There are 2~10 cars on one train. The maximum speed is 150 km/h. • 1:52 : ITX-Saemaul / It is a new train to replace second generation Seamaul trains. Trains stop at major stations. There are 6 cars on one train. The maximum speed is 150 km/h. • 2:14 : Saemaul Train / It is a second generation Seamaul trains. The train stopped only at major stations, but shut down on April 30, 2018 (Because this train is old.). There are 6~8 cars on one train. The maximum speed is 150 km/h. • 2:37 : DMZ Train / This train is a tourist train to visit the DMZ, a region close to North Korea. DMZ (DeMilitarized zone) is a place where there is a demarcation line between North Korea and South Korea.). There are 3~4 cars on one train. The maximum speed is 120 km/h. • 3:00 : Subway / It is a subway running in Seoul. Most Seoul subways have 10 or 8 cars on one train and stop at all stations.There are 16 subway lines in Seoul, and several lines run on the ground. The maximum speed is 100 km/h. • 3:07 : KTX-SanCheon (KTX-ll) / It is the second high-speed train in S.Korea. Unlike KTX(TGV-K), it is made with Korean technology. There are 10 cars on one KTX-ll.
