Homosexuality has been a extremely hot topic in the church for years.The question of whether it is a Sin or not has been widely debated. A lot of young persons that are in the LGBT community that are christian struggle with their sexuality and being told that they are inherent sinners due to being who they where born as. This has caused painful experience from families being broken to young youths taking their own lives. Far from the preaching of Love Jesus commanded in the Gospel. • However, what if we have interpreted the bible wrong and this ideas of HomoSexuality as a sin is wrong. That's what Rocky Roggio ,NJ native and Hollywood producer, set out to prove with her film 1946:The Movie which tackles what she and many other affirming Christians believe to be a mistranslation in the RSV text which was widely used as the standard for translating for modern english Bibles. • Rocky having grown up as a pastor daughter and being a part of the LGBT community has dedicated her life trying to help others on this pursuit to complete this film.
