Sehr Schönes Modell des Horten H IX (auch: Ho 229) Nurflüglers auf dem Modellflugtag in Bad Wörishofen.Die durchsichtigen Röhren an den Düsen des Impellers sind laut des Erbauers notwendig, da das Modell sonst unstabil im Flugverhalten wäre. • Der Horten Nurflügler ist ein bekanntes Projekt des 3.Reiches. Es wurde nur ein flugfähiger motorisierter Prototyp gebaut und ein unmotorisierter Segler zur Erprobung des Profils. Diverse weitere befanden sich in der Bauphase. Dadurch, dass nur wenige Flüge mit dem Prototyp durchgeführt wurden (Erstflug 2. Februar 1945) ranken sich zahlreiche Mythen um das Flugzeug.
