Sigma 20mm f18 lens review with samples Fullframe and APSC

This is probably one of the most interesting lenses I've gotten my hands on to review in a while. This lens has an extremely wide aperture for such a wide angle. Can such an extreme lens design possibly also have good image quality? And is it good enough nowadays for the challenge of a 20 megapixel APS-C digital camera?
