In this video I show y'all how to make catfish in your air fryer. This crispy air fried catfish recipe is so quick and easy. Simply soak the fish, season and bread, then throw it in the air fryer. A delicious catfish meal in just about 10 minutes with just 3 easy steps.. • Shopping List: • Catfish filets (preferably fresh caught versus farm raised) • Milk • Yellow cornmeal • Old Bay and cayenne to taste (depending on how much fish you're making) • Kosher salt to taste • Cooking spray • Lemon or lime wedges for garnish • Directions: • Rinse the fish under cool water, pat dry then soak in milk for 15 minutes. Soaking in the milk reduces the fishy odor. • Spray the air fryer crisper plate with cooking spray and pre-heat the air fryer on 390 for 3 minutes. • Next, season both sides to your liking with Old Bay seasoning. • Add cayenne to the cornmeal and mix. • Dredge the fish in the cayenne seasoned cornmeal and pat it in. • Place the fish in the pre-heated air fryer basket, lightly spritz it with cooking spray and cook on 390 for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. • When done, season with salt and serve immediately with tartar sauce or ketchup and your favorite sides. • Graphics Attributable to:.vecteezy.com (where applicable) • Image courtesy of: Envio69 • Clocks Image: Videvo.net • License: Creative Commons • Music: iphone music themes • Standard License • Background Eraser software: available through Apple App, Seller: Tasnim Ahmed • Filmora.com/io (Wonderland) • Thumbnail Image: Phonto, available from Apple Store • Also follow me on: • Youtube:    / richardinthekitchen   Facebook:   / richard.peavy.71   Facebook/Richard in the Kitchen:   / 187855154994256   Linkedin:   / richard-peavy-a0b54835   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/richardpeav... • Thanks for watching
