Hunter and I went to the Wissahickon Creek for a little stocked trout fishing during the Pa Mentored Youth Day. Hunter knows how to fish, but he has never caught a stocked trout. The Wissahickon creek was recently stocked with trout and they were ready to bite. Stocked trout are pretty easy to catch, but they are a lot of fun! Hunter used a spinner for the first time and caught a lot of trout. The Mentored Youth fishing day is a great opportunity to teach someone how to fish.
