As a member, you can earn a $50 gift card with CarePlus Rewards once you’ve completed certain healthy actions. • 00:00 To redeem your reward, follow these steps: • 00:04 Log in or register at CarePlus.Sharecare.com or scan the QR code in the video. • 00:13 Go to the Achieve icon and click Rewards. On the CarePlus Rewards page, you can see qualifying activities and your progress toward earning a gift card • 00:26 Once you’ve earned 50 points, select Enter Rewards Mall. • 00:37 Add your choice of gift card to your cart and check out. You can choose an e-gift card to receive your reward right away!
