It's the Janowski Variation, which happens after the following moves : 1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.Nc3 (or 3.Nf3) 3...a6. • Black's idea is to capture the pawn on c4 with 4...dxc4 and then play 5...b5. This is an universal opening idea, so it can be used irrespective of what White plays.
