How to cook pasta in creamy zucchini sauce with guanciale - no cream is used! • Fresh fettuccine con crema di zucchine is a perfectly suitable dish for the warm summer months. It is very light and rather easy to prepare, and you will be able to use the vegetables of the season - zucchini. The creamy zucchini sauce does not contain any cream, but only fried and boiled zucchini with olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano.
