Hi squad, welcome to DAY 1 of My 11 Line Abs Challenge!! • So I get asked on Instagram about my abs and how I train them. I am a big believer in compound movements as they constantly help to keep my core engaged and when the muscles surrounding your abdominal wall are stronger it becomes a lot easier to increase your overall strength and stability. • However, smaller focused movements like the exercises I have put in this challenge are great for building targeted ab strength, endurance and muscle tone.
