Sleeping Beauty Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Gameplay. • Terra encounters the sleeping beauty Princess Aurora in the Enchanted Dominion. Maleficent, an evil fairy who cursed Aurora to eternal sleep, manipulates Terra into stealing Aurora’s heart in order to gain her power. Later, Ven arrives and offers to retrieve her heart, enlisting the help of the three fairies to enter Maleficent’s castle on the Forbidden Mountain. He fights his way through the castle and frees Aurora’s heart, having a vision of her first meeting with Prince Phillip. • Ven fights Maleficent but they’re interrupted by Aqua. Aqua steps up to fight but is sent to the castle dungeon, where she meets a captive Phillip. With the help of the fairies they escape, but Maleficent attacks as they reach Aurora’s castle. Maleficent transforms into a dragon but is no match for Phillip and Aqua.
