How to Count or Calculate Hours Worked in Excel • In this quick excel tutorial I’ll be teaching how you can calculate hours worked in excel and when you have done it you’ll be able to calculate total hours worked in a month in excel. We are going to use formula to create this excel time-sheet calculator. Let’s learn how you can do it. • Step 1: Create Log in time and log out time column • Step 2: Now simply use this formula. Log In time cell - Log Out Like this =A1-B1 • Step 3: Right Click on the Cell and Click on Format Cells • Step 4: Select Time • Step 5: Select the time with 24hours format. Or 13.30 from the list • Step 6: Drag an autofill formula and done. • You’ve just calculated hours worked in you excel template.
