I found one of the cheapest apartments in Tokyo and got a pretty straight forward house tour of the cheapest apartment in Harajuku, Tokyo! This is theoretically a great location because it is located between Shinjuku and Shibuya which are both main hot spots in Tokyo. Looking at current listings especially around Harajuku and Omotesando, this was by far the cheapest one we found, although more expensive than some of the other Tokyo's cheapest apartments , this is actually located in central Tokyo!
