More Delicious Recipes at http://www.jwdkitchen.com • Crispy Garlic Ribs • Ingredients • 1 lb Pork Ribs • 1 tsp Salt • 1/2 tsp White Pepper • 1 Tbsp Potato Starch • 2 Tbsp Rice Wine • 1-1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce • 1/2 tsp Five Spice Powder • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Peppers • 1 Tbsp Green Chili Peppers • 2 Tbsp Garlic • 1 tsp Sugar • 1.5 Tbsp Rice Wine • Garnish Sesame • Instructions: • 1. Rinse pork ribs to get rid of the blood. • 2. Mix well all ingredients in the first section together. • 3. Cover and marinate ribs for 20-30 minutes. • 4. Fry marinated ribs at 325°F until fully cooked, for about 5-7 minutes. • 5. Then fry ribs again at 375°F until crispy and golden brown, for about 1 minute. • 6. In a sauté pan, cook garlic over low heat until lightly browned. • 7. Add ribs to the pan, stirring well to coat ribs evenly with garlic and oil. • 8. Turn the heat to medium-high, cook briefly. • 9. Add green and red chilis, cook very briefly until peppers are shiny (not soften, don't over cook). • 10. Add sugar and rice wine, stir well. • 11.
