How to Cold Stratify Seeds

Some seeds require what is called Cold Stratification. This process mimics a moist, yet cold environment for certain seeds to germinate. There are many ways to reproduce this method, but I am showing you the easiest way I have found, which is using the paper towel method. You will want to refrigerate your seeds for the recommended time period on the back of your seed packet.
