Cajun Roasted Potatoes amp Carrots wGarlic Bread Enjoy

Cajun Seasoning Roasted Potatoes! • Use precooked or raw potatoes carrots. Raw just takes a little longer to cook. Skins on or off as desired. Use it as a side dish or stand alone meal. • Basic Cajun Blend No. 1 • 3 Tbsp (9 tsp) - Paprika • 2 Tbsp (6 tsp) - Garlic Powder • 1 Tbsp (3 tsp) - Onion Powder • 2 tsp - Salt • 2 tsp - Black Pepper • 2 tsp - Thyme (reduce to 1.5 tsp if powdered) • 1.5 tsp - Oregano • 1 tsp - Cayenne Pepper • tsp = teaspoon • Tbsp = Tablespoon (or 3 teaspoons) • This size of mix will make a small jar, good for more than a few meals to start. You can adjust the mix to your own taste if desired. • Sprinkle the seasoning on the potatoe carrots with a small squirt of oil, Mix and pour the entire batch into an oven safe skillet, Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Stir the pan every 20 minutes or so.
