This Is How You Wire A Double Pole Double Throw DPDT Switch. 2 methods are explained with associated wiring diagrams. In this video I give you the characteristics of a DPDT Switch and how to wire it in two different applications. One would be to switch between two separate sources and the other method would be as a cross-over to change polarity in a circuit. • Both methods described in this video on DPDT Switches are used widely in Model Railroading applications.
