Today I'm making Malaysian sweet and sour fried fish that is a popular dish that combines the flavors of sweetness, tanginess and spiciness which is uniquely Malaysian with crispy fried fish. In this recipe I added half of bunga kantan that gives the nice fragrant to the dish.
