DIY Moisturizing Lotion Recipe EASY | HOW TO MAKE LOTION AT HOME FOR BEGINNERS • Please Subscribe, Comment Like Share • My Homemade Body Lotion is Creamy Smooth, it definitely takes care of prevent me my Kids from getting Dry Cracked Skin. • During the Winter Months is when I can really see that my all time go to Lotion Recipe, is doing its Job! Now you don’t have to use what I use, meaning the Oils Butters.. You can definitely choose your own, there are Tons to choose from! As you all know, Shea Butter is my all time go to Butter/Cream when it comes to Moisturizing my skin. It Tones even out skin discoloration as well as moisturizing it... I Love it.. I will post a Recipe down below for you Guys, you can change the souls Butter to your liking.. but Please use the Exact Measurements , because if you don’t, this will mess up your Lotion, it will not turn out the way it should! Again, you can change to whatever Oil or Butter that you wanna use. After you get your Oils Butter together, your Water Glycerin (which is Optional) get them warmed up, until the Exact same Temperature is met. Now Please don’t heat the Shea Butter in the Microwave, as this will make it get very Grainy it will mess up your lotion.. use the Double Boiler Method when Melting your Emulsifying Wax, Stearic Acid, Oils Butters.. Now your water Glycerin can be heated in the Microwave, you wanna heat it until it comes to a Boil . Once you have the same temperature matching, go ahead mix the two together, use a Stick Emersion Blender, as this will help the two Mixtures come together more easily! You wanna give it a good mix every 10 minutes or so, until it starts to cool down, as it cools down, it will start to get thicker thicker, but you don't want it to be to thick, before you add in your preservative fragrance oil. • When you see that your Mixture has cooled down, go ahead add in your Preservative your Fragrances.. do not Add these while your mixture is Hot, because they will cook/phase out, it will be pointless, you will have to add them in again! • So Please add once your mixture is Cooled down. If you have a Thermometer Gun, this will help you to keep up with the Temperature of the mix. otherwise just keep touching the sides of your bowl, to check on how it is cooling down. • I hope you all try to make this lotion, not only are you making your own homemade, but you will know what all is exactly in your body lotion. Now mind, you do not have to whip up your body lotion, as long as I did.. I just love my Lotion to be Thick Creamy. You can definitely whip it up way less than what I did.
