Master the perspective grid tool in Adobe Illustrator, and learn some neat and helpful tips or tricks along the way. • The perspective grid tool can be slightly daunting in Illustrator, but it need not be that way. It can actually be very beneficial for specific kinds of design, and is a handy tool for any digital designer / graphic designer. • I know most of us have before opened the perspective grid tool by mistake, and prior to knowing exactly what it was, we may have closed the document entirely! Maybe some of you have never really made designs with the perspective grid, or don’t see it as beneficial at all. In todays Illustrator tutorial, I hope to dispel those ideas, because the perspective grid is actually very helpful to us designers, especially for things such as package design and 3D mockups. • I have actually used the perspective grid to make a couple of logos in my career, but it isn’t only for logo designing of course. And actually, it’s rarely used for that.
