Having enjoyed the Helinox Chair One for almost nine years , I have also now purchased the Chair Zero, primarily for canoe camping trips that require carries, or portages. It results in a weight savings of at least one pound. I have been really impressed with the durability of my original Chair one, so it was easy to select the Chair Zero for a lighter option. Also I took the suggestion from Justin from Its Good In The Woods and made a base for my chairs , but I used some Tyvek, I think it will be a great choice ! Time will tell.
