Yalanji!! Or some people call this appetizer waraq enab. Or dolma. Or vegetarian style stuffed grape leaves with all sorts of veggies and rice wrapped in a thin, soft leaf and cooked to perfection. Yalanji is tart, sour, lemon-y with intense delicious flavors. If you've never made these before, use this weekend as your chance to try something new! • To make fabulous yalanji, you will need: • ● 1 jar grape leaves • ● 3 cups cal rose rice, (short grain) • ● 2-5 garlic cloves • ● 1 medium onion • ● 1 green spicy pepper • ● 1 bunch parsley • ● 1 bunch green onion • ● 4 medium tomatoes • ● 1/2 bunch mint leaves • ● Juice from 3 lemons • ● 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil • ● Salt and pepper to taste • Remember to save all the juice! This will be your stock. The veggie juice, olive oil and lemon juice should be enough to cover your rolled leaves. • English Subtitles NOW AVAILABLE! • Help others by contributing subtitles in your language: • http://www.youtube.com/timedtext_cs_p... • The link you'll need for ingredients is below! •   / bmnekkubeam   • Recipe on my website: • http://baytbushra.weebly.com/recipes-... • Follow me on insta and twitter @baytbushra • Leave your comments and suggestions to other video recipes in the comment section! • Tag me on insta if you make my recipes!
