Since we've now presented this list twice - first in Las Vegas at Dice Tower West and most recently in Sydney at Play Con - we thought we'd record it and share it here with all of you! It's such a fun topic to think of thematic trick-takers... such an abstract mechanic where designers and publishers get very creative in coming up with ways to add thematic concepts. As usual, a strong showing from the trick-taking heartland, JAPAN! We love thematic trick-takers as they so wonderfully balance what we both enjoy in games.
