In this Friday session, Erwin Chemerinsky, dean and Jesse H. Choper Distinguished Professor at Berkeley Law, joins Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen for a discussion on the #BillofRights—its rights and protections, and its limitations on government, as well as the process by which it was discussed, debated, and ratified.
