The Westlander is a twice weekly passenger train that runs between Brisbane and Charleville, covering a distance of 777km in 17hrs. This morning I'm travelling from Toowoomba to Brisbane, which is the final 161 of this 777km trip. • The service used to provide dinning and sleeping cars, however due to decreasing demand, the sleepers were withdrawn from 1 January 2015. Today I'm going to check out the Economy class which is now the only travel class available on this train. How was my experience?
