I was wondering what would happen if 16 survivor bots tried to rescue me at the same time. • Though that's also possible to do with only 3, I saw this originally on • Left 4 Dead 2 - Daring Bot Rescue . • ** 2012-01-14 • Some viewers asked me how to get that many bots in Left 4 Dead 2. • Unfortunately, I can't remember the plugin I used in the video. • But since I'm such a nice guy, I googled a bit for you and found a similar plugin for SourceMod: • [L4D(2)] MultiSlots http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthre... • But if you try to add bots, they'll disappear after a few seconds! • So I wrote a patch for it: http://pastebin.com/6HhBQ9WP • This patch adds an option to prevent the extra bots from being autokicked. • The new CVAR l4d_multislots_kicknoneedbot defaults to 0 . • To go back to the original plugin behavior, change the CVAR to 1 . • Note that bots created with that CVAR set to 0 will not be autokicked. • You must manually kick them if you don't want the extra bots. • enjoy. • TL;DR: to get many bots install the plugin on the last link (SourceMod). • Also, the command to add extra bots is sm_addbot
