Lake Sherwood MTB Ride

MTB ride at Lake Sherwood in Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia. Recently took a road trip to West Virginia and had hoped to do more riding, but it rained, really rained when I was there, but able to get one ride in on a decent afternoon. The Lake Sherwood trail is about six miles and it loops around the edge of the lake.
