Another unplanned video of a net I joined on FRN ( Free Radio Network). • Here, I show the Sepura SRH3800, Motorola MTP850, F22 and Tesunho TH580 handhelds, followed by the SRG series gateway / repeater and the Motorola MTM800 gateway / node. • The interface is a homebrew affair that isn't a million miles away from the Voxlink interface I intend to manufacture for sale. • The one in the video has a single USB connection to the computer and a single lead to the accessory connector on the MTM800. • It also has COM port keying and VOX, and automatically switches between them. • The soundcard is within the interface. • All trimpots are internal, as once tuned, they rarely require adjustment.
