PCSing to Yokota with pets? I got you. In this video I go over all the things you’ll need to PCS into Japan and hopefully make it a little less stressful. I would still say to make sure you try to do everything with your on base Vet. • Steps to get your pet here: • 1. Scannable Microchip (Have this done before or on same day as 1st rabies) • 2. Rabies, given more than 30 days apart. 2nd shot before 1st one is set to expire • 3. FAVN test (Rabies Antibody Test) ~ done after 2nd shot of Rabies (Can get done at same appointment as 2nd rabies) • 4. Waiting Period (180 days~ Quarantine period) • 5. Advance Notification of Import to incoming terminal (ONLY IF FLYING COMMERCIAL) • 6. Clinical Inspection • 7. International Health Certificate • 8.
