ASUS T100TA vs. Medion P2211T Benchmark Test -- Bay Trail showdown comparing the Atom Z3740 and the Celeron N2910. • http://www.mobilegeeks.de - http://www.mobilegeeks.com - We're pitching the ASUS Transformer Book T100TA with its Intel Atom Z3740 Bay Trail against the Medion Akoya P2211T with its Intel Celeron N2910 Bay Trail . • Both are Quadcore-SoCs, but the Z3740 is a bit more powerful running at speeds from 1,33 to 1,86 GHz on TurboBoost, while the Celeron runs at a maximum 1,6 GHz on all cores. • The Atom is more frugal in it's power consumption with a TDP around 4 Watts versus the Celerons 7,5 Watt TDP. Both devices where plugged in during benchmarking, screens set to highest brightness. The screen resolution on the Medion is higher at 1080p, since the ASUS only runs at 1366x768 pixels. • We ran SunSpider 0.9.1, Octane 2.0, GFXBench 2.7.0, 3DMark, Geekbench 3.1.3 and PCMark 7. Overall the Atom Z3740 in the T100TA comes out ahead, but in GFXBench the Medion took the lead - the reason for this is unknown.
