THE 9th BURANGOY KITE FLYING FESTIVAL • The event was headed by the Kite Association of The Philippines (KAP) by Mr. Orlando Ongkingko, National President together with the International Kite Flyers from the Korea Kite Federation (KKF) Headed by Mr. Jaiduck Ryu, President and Mr. Kwangwoo Song, Director of Planning and from the Chungnam Cultural Heritage Content Cooperative, Mr. Ki-Beom Jung, Chairman. • This was a whole day event to showcase the skills of the LOCAL KITE MAKERS not only to the Sipalaynons but as well as to all the guests and tourists who came to witness this amazing, fun, and creative activity. • Special thanks also to the Sipalay LGU and Sir Jerick Lacson, Supervising Tourism Officer for making this wonderful event. • Kite Association of the Philippines • Korea Kite Federation • Sipalay City Tourism Office • Featuring the Sipalay City’s Drumbeaters, • CarlCaptured Photos, and Virgilio Gimongala Mary Jane Alforque (me) as their #host • #kitefestival2023 #kitefestival #sipalay
