The Blue Ant S4 aims to be that solution for you. • • Hardware • • The S4 is build of a nice solid plastic that feels build to last and can even take a few road bumps. The front has touch sensitive buttons with LED indicators for send, end, multi-function and mic port which is encase in a shiny plastic front. Below that is where the speaker is located. On the side where you can find the micro USB charging post and on the bottom is two magnets that will hold metal clip to install it on your car's sun visor. Quality build here from Blue Ant. • • Usage • • Since I am using an android phone to use the speaker not all of the voice commands will be available. You can connect and use the phone as a speaker which does work well and people can hear your clear and you can hear others nice and loud. There is an app for on android that will allow you to have the S4 read text messages and e-mails when they come in. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the app to fully connect and it seed to have issues connecting to the app but it would connect via standard Bluetooth android. I'm not sure what the issue was here but I'm sure it will be fixed in the future. • • Overall • • The S4 is a good Bluetooth car speaker that is nice and loud and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone with a standard phone, blackberry or iPhone. If you are an android user you may want to hold off as android has limitations that won't allow you to fully utilize the features of the S4.
