If you've been missing your favorite Maui frozen treat, not to worry I've got a copycat recipe for GURI GURI. • Guri guri is a hybrid between soft serve ice cream and sherbet. I’d love to see and share it. • Instagram: / keeping.it.relle • Facebook: / keepingitrelle • Pinterest: / keepingitrelle • COPYCAT GURI GURI Recipe • Ingredients: • 2 cups water • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup (I like to use Malolo syrup, however if you can't find any you can use this one https://amzn.to/3fKNvnY) • 1/2 cup condensed milk https://amzn.to/2zxUOPl • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream • Directions: • To a bowl add water and strawberry syrup. Mix to combine.Then add condensed milk and heavy whipping cream. Whisk until well combined. • At this point you can use the ice cream maker attachment for your stand mixer if you have one. • Pour the mixture in. Set to low speed and allow to churn for 15-20 minutes.If you do not have an ice cream maker you can freeze right after mixing ingredients together for 3-4 hours or overnight.
