Watch me show you how to make super Easy Spicy Cheesy Rice Cakes aka Tteokbokki!!! You get to watch me eat all of this, or you can eat with me! So tteokbokki or ddeokbokki is a korean name for rice cakes which is a chewy rice, almost like a thick noodel. This is a traditional Korean meal but I do this with a twist... BUTTER AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE! Mozz sticks but on rice sticks. lol To make them, you add spices, such as gochujang with is a red chili paste that is sweet, with fermented spicy chili powder and I show you how to do this in the video. Now you can eat Rabokki instant noodle with this but today I'm choosing the Samyang Korean Fire Noodle Challenge, cheese version! So this is a very hot and spicy Hot Chicken Fire Noodle with a cheddar cheese flavor... You don't taste much cheese in the instant packs, so this is why I add my own Mozz cheese.
