Rotate your shoulders forward slightly and keep your elbows pointing down and close to your body. This is the starting position. • (First Movement) • Now, exhale as you lower your torso as much as possible while contracting your abs at the end of the movement. • (Second movement) • Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly return to the starting position. • (General Tips) • Concentrate on your abdominal muscles instead of your arms during this exercise.
