HOW TO BREW TEA USING A TEA BAG • Here a few simple tips to make a better cup of tea using a tea bag. • 1. Use good quality tea. It has more flavour. • 2. Use freshly-drawn water at a rolling boil (for black tea). • 3. If using a teapot, use one teabag per mug plus one for the pot . • 4. Let the tea brew for long enough - 2 minutes is ideal, if using a quality tea (poor quality teas will become bitter and produce a scum). • 5. In a mug, do not add the milk until you have removed the teabag. • 6. If you take milk: A little milk will enhance the flavour; too much tea will smother the flavour.
