Do you know how to take a screenshot using lightshot properly? • Even in this modern age, there are many people who don’t have any idea about how to take a screenshot using their computer. • That’s why I have decided to create a video tutorial introducing an outstanding app using which you can easily take a screenshot from your Desktop computer or Laptop. • In this video, I will teach you the step by step process about how you can create a screenshot by using an amazing app named Lightshot. • To install the Lightshot app, first of all, search for the Lightshot app on Google. After visiting the Lightshot website, you'll see 2 versions of this app for both Windows and Mac. Download a version based on your need. • After downloading the app, go to the Downloads folder and install the app like any other software. Once the app is installed, you will find an icon for the Lightshot app on the bottom right corner of your desktop. • Now all you have to is go to the page or screen where you want to take a screenshot. In order to take a screenshot, click on this icon or press the print screen button. Then select your desired target area just by dragging the mouse. • After selecting the target area, you will see a few tools on the right side. Here I have discussed how to use these tools. • Pen tool: • It can be used to draw anything you want. • Line tool: • With the Line tool, you can draw a straight line. • Arrow tool: • If you want to point something with an arrow, you can use the Arrow tool. • Rectangle tool: • The rectangle tool will be helpful if you need to create a box or rectangle shape. • Marker tool: • You can utilize the marker tool to mark anything from the selected area. • Text tool: • In case you want to describe anything, you can make use of this Text tool to insert any text. • Color tool: • Using the Color tool you can change the default red color and set the color according to your requirements. • Undo tool: • If you make a mistake while preparing the screenshot, you can even go back using the Undo tool. • You’ll also find a few tools on the bottom. I have demonstrated a few necessary tools from the bottom as well. • You will see a cloud-like tool over here using which you can upload the screenshot on a live server. • Once the screenshot is uploaded to the server, you can copy the link and share the screenshot anywhere you want. • If you want to save the screenshot on your computer, then click on the Save tool and choose the location where you want to save the screenshot image. • So, this way you can use the Lightshot app to create a screenshot easily. • If you have any questions regarding this video, please let me know in the comment section.
